Me. Nader El Mouallem (Attorney at Law) comes from a Lebanese prominent family
legacy of judges & attorneys; he used to be the Managing Partner – Chairman of Alwasl
International Group Advocates & Legal Consultants (AWIG) and on 29 / 04 / 2021 he established El Mouallem law Firm (EMLF) with his office based in the
Capital City of Beirut – Verdun area

2- Education:

In 1997 he graduated from Beirut Arab University (BAU) and obtained a Post-Graduate
Diploma in Private International Law from the prestigious Hague Academy in Holland.
Additional legal studies were conducted at the University of London with an emphasis on
Banking, Finance, Business International Law, Corporate & Commercial Laws, Joint
Venture Agreements, and Arbitration.

3- Experience, Practices; and Law firm Overview:

He is one of the most proficient attorney in Arabic Law and a multilingual skilled
Attorney: English, French, Russian, and Turkish. Arabic Native Speaker.
In 2005 he founded Alwasl International Group Advocates & Legal Consultants (AWIG)
in Lebanon.

In 2021 he founded El Mouallem Law Firm (EMLF) in Lebanon.
With more than 23 years of experience in Legal Consultancy and advocacy, specialized
in International Business Trade, Franchising, Interpol Cases, Real Estate, Project
Financing, Insurance, and Telecommunications.
The practice has attracted clients seeking specialized and innovative quality and
professional legal support in civil, criminal, commercial matters and also Collection

His office has in its service a number of distinguished and
experienced advocates and legal consultants that provide practical solutions to legal

4-Positions:

-He was appointed by The Secretary-General Remigio M. Maradona on the 2nd of
September of 2014. As an Honorary Resident Ambassador and General Legal Council in
the Republic of Lebanon, GCC & MENA Region. On behalf of IIMSAM an
Intergovernmental Accredited Observer with the United Nations Economic and Social
Council (ECOSOC), in accordance with the Resolution No. E/2003/212, dated 5th March
2003.
-In 2015 he was appointed as the Legal and Administrative Consultant and Member in
the Lebanese United Nation Association.
-In November 2019 he was chosen to be the Lebanese member in an International
Worldwide Legal Organization known as Interlegal Organization, in its General
Assembly done in New Delhi India, it is worth to mention that Interlegal Organization
choose by election one Law Firm from each Country to be a member in it.
-In February 2021 he was appointed as The Senior Legal Advisor of the Minister of
Telecommunications in Lebanon, advising and supporting him in his position the
Lebanese Ministry Of Telecommunication in all legal aspects and mainly contracts.
-In January 2021 he was appointed as Board Member in Insurance Company– Trust
Compass Insurance co s.a.l.
-In June 2021 he was elected as Board Member in the most prominent and famous
Lebanese Football Club known as “Nejmeh Sporting Club”.
-In August, 2021 The Global Law Experts (GLE) have nominated him according to their
research team to be the exclusive member to GLE in Lebanon based on his expertise
within Finance Law.
